Sepehr Cement Company was established in 2004 by the group of Sepehr entrepreneurs, but due to administrative issues and the acquisition of the factory land, in April 2006, construction measures started in it. The first production of cement in this factory was done on 5/10/1391. The cement of this factory is one of the highest quality cements in the country.

The economic problems of the country and the cruel sanctions of the country's economic system by the big powers and the sudden increase in the exchange rate, as well as the non-cooperation of the Electricity Department of Fars province and forcing this company to transfer electricity from 50 km from the factory in Jahrom city despite the right to branch and demand.
Currently, the members of the board of directors of Cement Company are Dr. Qadir Afshari and Mr. Mehdi Khan Salar, as well as Mr. Nasrullah Khan Salar, who are the chairman of the board and the CEO of this company.
In 2013, Mr. Engineer Jafar Khoshnit Far was elected to the position of CEO of Sepehr Cement Company and is currently the CEO of Sepehr Cement Company and is one of the well-known figures in the country's cement industry.
The head of Sepehr cement factory is Mr. Mohammad Hadi Derakhshan, who has more than 24 years of experience and is one of the most experienced people in this industry.
